DOES MY OFF-ROAD CARAVAN COME WITH AN OFF-ROAD WARRANTY?
YES! Prime RV takes extreme pride in the quality of the build of our off-road caravans this extends to our warranty. We ensure that your off-road caravan is covered under a limited warranty, so when you purchase a Prime RV’s Off road van you buy a piece of mind that your off-road warranty comes with it.

ARE THE APPLIANCES COVERED IN THE WARRANTY?
NO! Even though Prime RV has an extensive warranty program, this does not extend to appliances. The reason for this is that the suppliers have their own warranty period in place, however many of our suppliers incorporate a three-year warranty on their products. Please refer to your warranty books for more information.

HOW LONG IS THE PROCESS OF MAKING THE CARAVAN TILL DELIVERY?
Please allow at least 2-3 weeks for us to deliver your caravan. Please note that this timeframe cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen product shortages or circumstances. In such a case we will promptly update you on the progress. If you require an update on the progress of an existing order please kindly email us on info@primerv.com.au

CAN THE LAYOUT OF THE CARAVAN BE CUSTOMIZED?
NO! Unfortunately, we do not customize the layouts. However, you can choose one of our premium upgrade packages. We are happy to provide you with the different upgrade options available in different models.
HOWEVER,
Our customers get a huge selection of colors throughout the caravan interior and exterior, choice of decal colors and material selections, and other built options that you may need in your caravan, whether it be bike racks or extra water tanks we can offer you the best range of minor customizations that suits you and your family.
